Title: Roof problems
Post by: jasonrebecca on March 09, 2018, 08:45:21 pm
I think it may be time to replace the rubber membrane on the roof. I usually don't cover the roof since all we get is rain here. We had or first White Christmas in as long as I remember. And we got some swollen particle board shelving where the TV booster is over the kitchen. My only guess is that the antennas grommet is where water seeped in through. We have owned this trailer since new (10 years) and think its time for a new one?  The awning is also showing signs of dry cracking. A few pieces have peeled off.

Time to sell or trade ;)

Have you done routine roof maintenance? Cleam insoet and seal?....Dicor & eternabond...

Makes a huge difference in catching things before they go bad...

I've had an antenna leak before.
Wow, owning 1 trailer for 10 years!  What does that feel like?  Oh never mind, I'll never experience that. :)

Cleaned and sealed where needed every year. Completely removed all sealant on roof and all seems 3 years ago. The roof is pretty chalky.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180311/eb3f0598e3ecee74df79cd1c004eb8b1.jpg)
