« on: June 11, 2012, 05:31:13 pm »
I am looking to possibly get one but would want one I could pull through the garage.  I know that the casita is short however it is expensive too. I am not getting rid of the Big Horn.

or is this YOUR doghouse in case you T off the mrs ?

 ;)

they might make a 6' box pop up, but the T@B is definitely under 8'.  headroom issues though...

Height or length?  I think you're talking height in a standard garage, right?  Any full ish height trailer is going to be awfully close if not too tall.  Especially once you have AC on the roof.  A T@B or rPod is going to be too tall for a standard garage door.  Even the high wall pop-ups can be too tall for a garage and I've heard of people letting air out of the tires to get them in (then inflate them again when they're clear of the door frame.)

Of course an itty bitty teardrop would fit for sure.  Lots of DIY plans available (and a whole forum dedicated to builders and enthusiasts: http://www.tnttt.com/) or commercially available by Little Guy, or some other smaller mom and pop businesses.

I bought a Chalet for our local, mountain camping where I don't want to take the outback. It is 19' ball-to-bumper.  It is mostly like the Arrowhead, except that ours has a head and shower in stead of the extra bunk.
