April/May Giveaway - HatchLift.com Bed Struts

I finally got around to getting this moving again...been working two jobs, not out of necessity, but as a requirement for work so things have been...well, crazy.

Anyway, Garry from Hatch Lift is going to give away a set of bed lift struts to the top two winners of this months competition (technically longer than a month since its now through the end of May).  Here is the thread with the initial discussion and how I got in touch with Garry.

To be entered all you need to do is...

Post a picture of your favorite camping setup and tell us what you like about it...could be an RV, trailer, tents, sleeping bag in a hammock hanging over a river (I did the last one, but don't have a photo to prove it).  The last week in May we will post a poll for people to vote for their favorite setup with the top two receiving a free set of bed lifts.

Matt and I look forward to the pictures and definitely want to do more giveaways, so if anyone has any ideas or contacts let me know.  We do not charge anything to do this, its just a way for us to connect our members with vendors / vice versa and have a little fun at the same time!!

OK, here goes.  This is a setup in my opinion.   

Its simple.  Its elegant.  It doesn't matter where I go.  It doesn't matter what I do.  I never have to set it up.  I never have to tear it down.  It always works the way it should.  Its more dependable than man's best friend.  Its one of those things that makes camping fun.

I don't have to search for a bottle opener, ever.

Ok, here was my favorite setup.  It might be part nostalgia, but this was the first setup we had (the DW and I that is).  AWD station wagon and a pop up.  Sure, in hindsight, a wdh or air bags would have leveled out everything but it went everywhere we wanted.  This photo was from Jasper, Alberta.  I still say there's nothing like the fresh air of a pop up.

It's not a real good picture and we didn't have any stuff out but this is my favorite set-up. The campground we frequent on Lake Barkley. This is a picture of the site from the water. We love this place and it's some of the best fishing in the US.
