Hot Artichoke Jalapeño Dip

1 can of quartered artichokes (in water or brine)
1 jar of pinwheel or diced jalapeños
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar (i like monterey jack or extra sharp)

chop artichokes into bit size pieces and mix well with additional 3 ingredients.
place into casserole dish (or disposable tin)
bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes

serve hot with sliced baguette, pita chips or crackers.

this dip has a slight bite-but really mild considering it's only 1 tiny can of peppers.

nice touch their. Looks really good.
