Not exactly camping
« on: July 18, 2018, 04:22:34 pm »
So our long trip this year didn't require the trailer (and couldn't include it anyway).  DW and I always feel that exposure to different cultures is good for opening ones mind and understanding how similar we all really are.  So it was time to take the kids overseas.  We wanted to see different aspects of one country rather than just a capitals tour, and they choose France.

So here's some highlights:

Note Dame

Pont du Gard

Arles (and the world cup victory)

Chamonix (Mt Blanc) - my favorite

Quite a trip.  Missed the camper AND relatively low cost of camping , but it was great to do once.
