Seems to be the new style.  Saw quite a few of these types at the Tampa RV show in January. I'm with you, I don't think I'll be able to cram the six of us in one.  I am just trying to figure out if it is targeting the tenters that want to move to rv or if it is directly competing with the pop up folks.

I guess there could be any number of ideas as to who the target market is. My first thought was "simplicity"...anyone who has finessed a pop up knows they can be a challange to set up or break down, and the weak link is the tent material. Like everything else, if it is more user friendly then maybe they get more customers- and less "tech savvy" customers at that. "If you make them easier, they will buy".

I think it's for the teardrop fans who have decided that they would like to be able to stand up inside....   :)
